Ben spends a large amount of his time defending criminal cases in both state and federal courts here in Central and Eastern Kentucky. He is dedicated to make sure everyone has their “day in court” and that each of his clients’ Constitutional Rights are protected in the process. Ben has tried many felony cases through the years, ranging from assault to drug offenses to even homicide crimes. Ben not only takes great pride in asserting a zealous and vigorous defense for his clients charged with crimes, but also is proud of his ability to maintain professional and courteous relationships with those bringing the charges, including the Commonwealth’s Attorneys and Assistant United States Attorneys.
Ben’s experience also can help those who have been injured by the negligence or intentional acts of others. He has successfully represented clients who have minor injuries, but also has represented those who have had life-changing traumatic and catastrophic brain injury.
